Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped via USPS, on Mondays and Fridays. Please note that all shipping estimates are business days, not calendar days. Once shipped, our store is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other problems in transit. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns on any merchandise bought through this online store, within ninety (90) days of purchase. Please note that purchases through other venues cannot be returned through the online store. All returns must be in salable condition. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Digital download sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.
Lost packages must be claimed within sixty (60) days from marked shipping date. Damages must be claimed within three (3) days of receipt of the item. Please use the Contact page for information on returning an item damaged in transit. No refunds will be given for shipping costs, however replacements for damaged items will ship free of additional charge. We will make every attempt to replace your damaged item with another of the same, however for items of limited quantity, sold-out items, or items not in our normal production line, replacements may not be possible.
